I've inherited the PEM role (Darlington HQ) for our PMC contract on the Mundra LNG Terminal in India.
The tanks are designed by IHI with Toyo (EPC) being responsible for the design and construction of the Regasification terminal and Jetty.
The project is now at the pre-commissioning phase with full commissioning starting in 2018.
The Whessoe 'on site' PMC presence consists of our PM supported by a local team of some 15 engineers.
The success of the project is now working as a spring board for other potential projects in India. I'm currently the PM on a pre engineering project for Dhamra (India), where we resume the design engineering responsibility for the tanks.
