Tank 1 is on the right hand side in this picture, pipework on the platforms is progressing well and even the main platform crane (used to replace the in-tank pumps) is now installed.
The erection of the structural steelwork on Tank 2 is following well and benefitting massively from the 'lessons learned' developed through the Tank 1 installation.
The relief platforms are looming large, these are the largest we have designed which is no surprise as it links directly to the volume of gas that will need to be released. The height of the relief pipes is needed to ensure that the heat radiation level produced doesn't do harm to any innocent by-stander that may be around should the release be ignited.
The Hydro testing of Tank 2 inner tank will start soon, it's great to see the project ahead of schedule and within budget.
The two largest LNG tanks in the world, a great achievement.
