With up to eight production lines delivering shippers to the warehouse, the palletising robot is kept busy 24/7.

The MHCS -Material Handling Control System - communicates via Ethernet to the PLC and robot control platform.

Conveyors deliver boxes to their chosen lane and the robot gripper is designed to pick 2 boxes at a time.

The robot indexes between lanes as required.
